I was thoroughly pleased with my experience with Septic BLUE. When I called to schedule service, the young lady I spoke to was very pleasant and got someone dispatched in less than an hour.I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robert! He was prompt. He was knowledgeable. He was helpful. He was pleasant. Robert took the time to explain what was going on with my septic tank and advised me on how to maintain it. He pumped it clean and left my yard looking better than when he came. Robert is a true gem for Septic BLUE! I will be calling you guys again if I ever need to get septic work done.

Adam is an amazing technician, he was very up front on the issues found in my septic system and my options for repair. He walked through every step so I understood what was wrong and so that I could make the best decision for me. I will recommend him to anyone needing septic repair. My septic system was in bad shape as I live in an older home, but he made sure that we went step by step through the system as to not miss anything and to make sure everything is working properly for a long time to come.
