- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have clients come in and meet at one of out office locations or we'll travel to you and answer any questions or concerns they may have about their current or past tax situation and discuss what filing options are available to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tax professionals are all licensed with active PTIN's from the IRS, have passed all tax compliance courses and are registered to e-file all returns directly to the IRS and corresponding states.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with individuals doing personal returns as well as returns for small, medium and big business owners.
