You're experiencing the long-lasting effects of unresolved childhood trauma, and you’re having difficulty navigating through your personal and professional life? I work with Millennial Women with 5+ years of experience and who are struggling with finding their authentic selves in and outside the workplace, and who are battling mental and emotional barriers stemming from their childhood. My goal is to help them them identify the role their upbringing plays in their overall development, so they can overcome their past, create an action plan that aligns their purpose with their passion, and ultimately live the life they want.
