- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I handle wedding videography, business promotional videos, live events, concerts and more, a standard pricing system does not apply across the board. I would love to speak with you about your own specific needs and offer you a competitive rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually begins with a phone call or email where the client tells me what they're looking to accomplish. Since I handle many different types of video, every one is different. Usually, a contract is formulated based off of the details we've decided on. A reasonable deposit is paid by the client at the time of contract signing to secure the shoot date. Correspondence is encouraged leading up to the shoot to stay current with shoot details.
