FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and transparent pricing based on the scope of work, type of damage, and services needed. For insurance-related projects, we provide detailed documentation, photos, and moisture readings to support the claim review process. We explain pricing and next steps before starting so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick conversation to understand what happened and determine whether it is an emergency situation. From there, we schedule an inspection, assess the damage, take photos and moisture readings, and explain the recommended scope of work. If mitigation or remediation is needed, we provide a clear estimate, answer any questions, and begin work once approved. For insurance-related projects, we document the job thoroughly and can help coordinate with your insurance carrier during the claim review process. Our goal is to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and help prevent further damage to your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, structural drying, moisture detection, and property damage documentation. We are IICRC-certified and follow industry standards and best practices for mitigation and remediation work. We also receive ongoing training in equipment use, moisture mapping, containment, demolition, drying procedures, safety protocols, and insurance documentation. Our goal is to restore properties properly, safely, and efficiently while clearly communicating with the customer throughout the process.
