- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would offer the client three pieces of advice. 1. Do not Immediately take the cheapest option. In this industry you absolutely get what you pay for. There is an extremely thin line between a good return on your investment and no return at all. In short, don't pay $20 less an hour for no return. 2. Do your homework on the individual not the company. Find out who is managing your account, and research their performance and history. 3. Avoid the faceless corporation. Your business is unique and deserves a unique marketing solution. With most large web services firms you are pushed to a low end employee who will then use a template to generate your marketing plan. You might see some return on your investment but are you getting the most out of your marketing dollar? No. Go with a company that can offer you solutions that work with your budget and the goals of your business. Web marketing is a dynamic field that changes on a monthly basis. The idea that a marketing template can compete is outdated and just untrue.
