- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what they are looking for. We review the venue and make sure we are in agreement on layout and positioning. We put together a playlist and time line for the event. There is a lot of communication leading up to their event. Checks and double checks of the details. Day of the event we text or call notifying that we are en-route. We arrive 2 hours to 90 minutes before the event. Everything is set up and ready to go. Sound checks are done. You have peace of mind that our staff has everything under control.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend national DJ trade shows. The have dozens of training seminars to choose from. There are also many online training aides. I have a FCC radio telephone operators license. In addition to that I have a American DJ Level 3 certificate and I'm certified and listed with United Mobile DJ's of America Association.
