- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our planning fees typically range from FREE to $250, depending on the size of the group and complexity of research & planning required to assemble a quote and itinerary. This fee is applied to your reservation if you ultimately book through us. Our pricing is some of the most competitive in the industry. Most people do not realize that booking vacations through a trusted travel agent is usually less expensive and more rewarding than doing it on your own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We represent hundreds of cruise lines, resorts, suppliers & tour companies, and each of those offer different levels of service & accommodations. The key to our success is learning what your wishes & expectations are in the beginning, to match you up with the right one. After we collect the info we need to quote by, we will supply you with a fully itemized quote confirmation, including itinerary and detailed pricing. Upon acceptance of the estimate, in most cases a deposit will be collected and we will let you know how long you have to pay on your trip. The further out you book, the better the pricing and availability are, and the more time you have to pay on it. A month before your trip starts, we will verify & assist with completion of online check-in details. Then we print, laminate & assemble a document package to be mailed out to you. We cover every detail you need, from transfer company details to currency and more. You don't have to worry about a thing, you just pack for your journey and go!
