FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we know and fully understand that times are hard and only getting harder our! its a daily struggle for many just to take care of their families so thats why whenever our services are needed it will be fairly priced and we will always be ready and will to work with our clients if they need. our normal hourly rate for the majority of our services range between $45-$55 an hour.....AND THIS HOURLY PRICE COVERS BOTH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDERS TOGETHER!! prices can increase depending on size, condition of the home, as well if special requests are desired or needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after learning my services may be needed or is being requested the 1st step is to estimate communication so that I may gather important details and information about the job, job location, and what the clients vision or desired outcome to be once complete and lastly a time most convenient for the client is set for us to come by the home so that we may take a look which is the next step. this step wed visit the client and home in order to gain a better perspective of exactly what and how the client wants the final end results to be, what wed need to do to get it there, what all materials will be needed, and how long it would take to complete it. when the visit is done and we'll create a rough estimate and present it to the client and if there happy with it and would like or is ready to move forward we will schedule the starting date and time to get it done. if client wants it done asap we will schedule it for our next available date which we absolutely try to make within the next few days. when we start we do go over each stage in detail so they'll be updated and informed, answer all questions they may have, and once each stage is complete we make sure clients happy with work done to that point and if any adjustments are wanted before starting next stage and when all is completed we make sure client is 100% satisfied with all work and the end results before cleanup begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
throughout my childhood, my teenage year, and even more so true for me as of now i am absolutely 100% the type of person that can really only learn or fully understand things in a hands on manor or by actually doing or atleast trying to do them!! I wished I was the type that you could explain to or describe the steps or process once or even a few times and could do what was taught on the 1st try but I'm not. all the skills sets ive learned was by doing and actually getting out there and doing them 1st hand. my partner has been saying for years now you can tell anyone how to do a job or task and have them go and do it but the ones who learn by doing with the more hands on approach has the ability for greatness due to not only knowing how to do but how it a job should feel when being done correctly or possibly feel if anything may be off by a single touch. so if there's anything you'd like to learn and need a more hands on approach in learning have someone experienced come over and take the time to teach you at home. once you've learned how its done and enjoyed the experience begin improving your new skill set and consider learning another. also and most importantly knowing mathand being good with numbers will be a must in our line of work. its factors into and apart of everything we do everyday single day!
