They are absolutely amazing to say the least. Called them and they were there the very next morning and finished my disaster project in one day. I cannot say enough about them. I will never use anyone else for my clean up projects. They also have very wonderful personalities and made us feel comfortable. The price was very fair for the mess we had. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are 4 pricing tiers that customers can choose from depending on the amount of trash and debris they need hauled away. Tier 1- Average size pickup truck load. Tier 2- 12ft utility trailer load. Tier 3- Truck and trailer load. Tier 4- Flat rate for multiple or large loads.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure all my new customers know exactly what my fees are. When I quote a fee, that's EXACTLY what they will pay. My customers do not pay for my mileage and my customers do not pay for my dump fees. My customers only pay for quick and quality service. Give Motts Hauling a try.
