Joe came out to our home to inspect an old fireplace in our new!(at least, new to us, but from 1950) house. He did a thorough inspection and made sure that the gas was working and that the chimney was clear. I want to give him extra kudos because he did this when my oldest daughter was home and I was not yet home from work. I had to call him in traffic, and raining, to ask him some questions about how to get the fireplace going. He was very chill and kind and talked me through it. Great job !
