Josiah did an amazing job on several structural and repair projects at my property. He completed attic framing related to roof damage, replaced a large damaged structural beam, repaired a rotted door frame that was causing structural issues, and securely fixed a loose basement stair rail by tying in a structural post at the bottom of the stairs. He was thorough, knowledgeable, on time, and very easy to work with. His work was high quality, his pricing was reasonable, and his follow-through was great. Polite, professional, and detail-oriented I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him! Super kind too.
