- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determining customers needs and what they desire above what I think. Giving them background about my experience and offering suggestions if applicable. Building trust and giving the customer honest answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked with contractors at a young age learning skills in all areas of home repair and maintenance. Began lawn care services in 1991 and have enjoyed a very high rate of customer satisfaction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, with many being women that want a person that can be called for future jobs, knowing that the customer can trust me. Trustworthiness and honesty without trying to take advantage of my clients has brought previous clients back time and time again.
