I love the work of Miss Ross! She is truly an exceptional person to work with, and she was very respectful of my residence! Even went out of her way to clean the areas in which my 2 dogs are located, and treated them as if they were her own. Miss Ross has definitely secured me as a customer, and I will be using her services again! 10! 10! 10!
