- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask as many questions as possible when diagnosing an issue. This way I can more quickly and accurately pinpoint the problem. With years of troubleshooting experience, I know what questions to ask and how to ask them. I try to make the process as painless as possible for everyone involved. I also like to look for opportunities of improvement. What solutions does the client need? Is there a way to make a process easier and faster? I don't just offer repair and support, I also offer tech solutions for whatever the client finds important in their work and life.
