Make sure whoever you hire has went to an accredited school. And ask them to provide professional references. The top schools are Johnson and Wales University, the CIA, le cordon blue, Art Institution, and CPCC, has a pretty good progam as well.

The restaurant industry marks everything up. Stop putting money in other peoples pockets when you can keep it in yours. When you cook from home there is no overhead. My goal is to educate more people on how to cook, how to cook better, and how to cook faster. Also to teach the proper way to prepare, cool, and store food.
