Absolutely loved the Reynolds brothers!! Not only did they take care of our pressure washing needs but even offered to take care of our mowing needs as well. Plus, they knew an excellent hardscaping company and tree service guy. Very resourceful and trustworthy! Highly recommend!

This is an amazing company! I recommend it to everyone for a whole list of reasons. Their work is perfect and at a low cost! For me, the customer service and their ability to work around my schedule to meet my needs is the most important. My situation is complicated because I have to be home to let the dogs in while the yard is being mowed. I was very specific about this being essential, but other companies kept showing up at random times expecting me to be there. I have fired 5 lawn services in the last 2 months for their inability to communicate and to work with me as the customer. As requested, they arranged a time that worked for me, confirmed the day before and notified me they were on their way so I could bring in the dogs. I scheduled a mow and trim with them. I took three pictures of the grass showing them how high it was. I even told them how high it was. I get a text all of a sudden saying, the grass is higher than expected, we will be skipping this service. And they don’t respond to any text or anything after that. No face to face. Don’t even know if they don’t show up. May be a scam or just someone messing with people. Terrible company. This customer service aspect was terrible. Go to a more reputable company, they also charge more for some reason.

Afternoon Kacey, “Unfortunately, the grass is a lot higher than the pictures were showing. Equipment hazards are unknown. We will have to pass on this one.” This is the message that was provided to you. Very professional and explanatory. We, as a company, have all rights to refuse a job due to negligence on your behalf and equipment hazards. We cannot scam someone who provided us no money or would even come outside to speak due to your conference call. Through above knee high grass, of course. Also, as far as pricing goes I don’t think anyone would mow/trim above knee high grass for only $55.00. Please enjoy the rest of your day and best of luck to you!
