- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very clear-cut and straightforward we don't try to be the cheapest out there but we provide the most value for the price that you are going to find
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for a new customer is the initial phone call with general questions. we would set up a time to do a walk-through estimate where we thoroughly explain everything we're going to do and everything that the customer wants and after that if everything is good we schedule a time for the job to begin. Customer service is number one to us and very important is the communication along the way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I never went to a formal trade school to learn this skill but learned from skilled Craftsman hands on
