Charles Brown of A Hammer And Nail Construction is honest and hardworking. He told me the truth about my roof, but only did what I requested of him to repair it...(I need to have it replaced, but I could not afford to at the time.) He repaired the shingles on my roof so that it would last a while longer until I can replace it. He was always on time and did the job quickly. He was always available to answer questions.

Charles did an excellent job with laying tile in my house. I put him in a rush situation, and he came in on a Sunday to get the work completed. He graciously offered to pick up tile, and ran around gathering other essentials. I will be hiring Charles for other work needed in the near future.

Our fees are based on time to complete the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact via email, I schedule an appointment to meet and discuss the work requested to get an idea of what the customer wants to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly in the field training. As I mentioned previously, I have been working in construction since I was 15.
