- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Life of Feather I provide a full detailed project estimate which includes labor, equipment, permits, and editing time, this is to make sure my customers have a transparent and clear understanding of all the cost of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I will call or email customer, and walk through the work the customer is desiring. The customer will tell me what they are looking for where I can also offer some suggestions depending on factors such as desired photos, time of start, whether they want photos, video clips, and/or a fully edited video. I will schedule a follow up with customer to discuss the details of the estimate. After working out an agreement, I schedule the start date, and prepare permits if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 1 year of aerial drone training, and Part 107 license training, over 100 hours of photography training, 50 hours of video editing expirience, and 70 hours of recorded flight time.
