He was prompt, professional, and honest and did excellent work. He successfully tackled a very difficult and nasty job that two other plumbers failed to diagnose or were unwilling to address. I sent a request to Thumbtack before 9 am, looking for a plumber to come replace a kitchen faucet. Sean responded within 10 minutes, was at my home in under an hour, and replaced the faucet! I could not believe how quickly he did the job; the price was extremely fair, and he did an amazing job. I almost overlooked Sean because he hasn't been on Thumtack long, but I am so glad I didn't. Sean was knowledgeable enough to fix all the plumbing problems that we discovered during his visit to evaluate and flush out my hot water heater. I believe his charges were more than fair for all of the plumbing problems he took care of while at my home. Added bonus, he tolerated my rowdy dogs!
