What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appliance service calls are $75 + parts, labor and tax.
Home maintenance service calls are $65 which will be added into the estimate for the project.
Yard maintenance pricing is based on the amount of work the customer wants and how frequent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When servicing appliances I would need the phone number and address. Then I would call and discuss the issue of the appliance and product information. Next I would set up a time window to meet the customer.
For home improvement and lawn care I like to meet new customers face to face and get a feel for the projects they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of experience in the appliance repair buIsiness.
I have worked for a fence building company.
I used to wash windows commercially.
I can do typical house maintenance such as, painting, changing fixtures, hanging pictures, pressure washing and of course basic yard maintenance(mow, weed eat and blow off driveway and walkway)
