Introduction: Our company provides full-service residential real estate appraisals for lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, estates, foreclosures, refinance, or equity analysis. Our supervising appraiser is an NC Certified Residential Appraiser and holds FHA, VA, ERC and Appraisal Institute Certifications. He is also trained in appraisal litigation and condemnation appraising. All of our appraisers hold college degrees and have extensive experience in the real estate markets of Southeastern North Carolina. We statistically analyze market conditions for neighborhoods and sub-markets in every report. No home is too small or too big. Our fees are based on the market base fees that our veterans pay for VA appraisals and how much work, research, or travel is involved in doing our best for our clients. We quote our fees and return time up front based on the scope of work we develop with our clients.
