FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in being upfront and fair with pricing. Every electrical project is a little different, so I take the time to understand the work before providing a price whenever possible. My goal isn’t to be the cheapest option—it’s to provide quality work, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right. If something changes once the work begins, I’ll discuss it with you before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what you need and asking a few questions so I understand the project. From there, I’ll determine whether I can provide an estimate from the information provided or if I need to see the project in person. I believe communication is important, so you’ll know what to expect before the work begins. Once we agree on the scope, I’ll schedule the work, complete it professionally, and make sure you’re comfortable with the finished product before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade, working my way from the field into foreman, project management, and senior project management roles. My background includes residential, commercial, multifamily, and large construction projects. I continue studying the National Electrical Code and advancing my electrical education. That combination of field experience and project management has taught me to look at the entire job—not just the immediate electrical issue.
