All good except I felt there was a need for more "professionalism." The technician wore an APlus shirt when he picked up my computer, but his name on picture/web/thumbtack communication differed from name when we met, then I was asked to make my check to him, not company name. No written invoice in my hand with final check delineating services. The work was successful apparently but felt that I had no "proof" of work completed.
