Michael was communicative, prompt, efficient and thoroughly professional. He explained the process for this exterminator newbie. Not only have the wasps and bees been minimized but the bat problem I didnt know I had has also been eradicated. I have already requested regular maintenance of my house.

Mike returned my call quickly. He arrived on time. Charged a reasonable price in comparison to other exterminators I contacted. I also sent me information emailed me that type of bait and traps he used. I will definitely hire him again for any future pest control needs.

Michael was very thorough and helpful with the bugs in my daughters room. came back the second time for the followup and offered to come back a third time if we had any issues. with a discounted offer. I hope to never have to use his services again,but i would definitely recommend him.
