- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-FREE consultations, design services and quotes. (You only pay for the work we perform and any necessary materials.) -Any Material costs will be charged at the discounted price we receive as a licensed contractor. We do not feel that it is honest to charge retail prices for material we have purchased at a discount - we earn our money honestly by working hard for it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Upon initial contact: schedule a time to meet the client at the location where work is to be performed. -This site visit allows us to become acquainted with the homeowner as well as the home itself and gather the necessary information to generate an accurate quote within the next 2 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
