Mason and his team did an excellent job on a crawlspace insulation and vapor barrier project for my duplex. Pricing was extremely competitive (about $3,300 all-in for insulation + vapor barrier across ~1,000 sq ft), and the quality of the work was solid throughout. Mid-project, I realized I needed a new crawlspace access door. Mason handled it as a simple change order, charged a very fair price (~$300), and delivered exactly what I needed without any hassle or upselling. There were some minor delays due to winter weather and vendor coordination, but Mason was patient, communicative, and professional the entire time. He worked with me through a small punch-list item at the end and was easy to deal with from start to finish. Overall: honest pricing, good workmanship, and someone I’d absolutely use again and recommend to other property owners.

At the conclusion of our project we can honestly say that we would definitely recommend Powell Home Improvement for converting a screened porch to a four season room. The quality of the work by our subcontractor, Mark and his crew, is exceptional! Very conscientious and good, solid construction. Our painting subcontractor, DJ, also did an awesome job and the exterior looks fantastic. Last to mention, we sought four quotes for this project and Mason Powell beat all of those prices hands down. Our only challenge was that the price we were quoted for materials was off. By the end of our project we had spent a good bit more than we anticipated. Having said that, would we hire Powell again? Absolutely! Very quality job!

Great people to do business with! Most important, they keep their word. I learned more about a floating deck and all the different components, it takes to secure the deck, than I could imagine. Fantastic work and cleanup. I will be asking Mason to do more home improvements for us.
