Dynamic Design Duo: Bringing Artistry to Every Space Dorian and John are accomplished designers with complementary backgrounds rooted in visual storytelling and spatial artistry. Dorian, born in Hollywood to a family of visual artists, developed an early fascination with fine details in architecture and nature. A decade as a global professional model exposed her to diverse cultures and styles. After years of remodeling homes for friends and family, Dorian launched professional “design muse” services, selectively partnering with clients to transform spaces affordably through online research and bargain hunting, Dorian is also an encaustic artist and fine art photographer. John’s passion for design began in childhood, observing his father’s aerial surveys and drafting master plans for a major mixed-use development in Northern Virginia. This early training in spatial planning shaped his career across advertising (as a copywriter and art director), then film and television as a set decorator and art director on acclaimed projects including The Haunting of Hill House, Stargirl, Swagger, Moonshot, No One Will Save You, and The Underdoggs. Between productions, John designs whole-home renovations, short-term rental interiors, and exhibition/retail spaces through his company, Envisagé. Together, Dorian and John blend artistic vision, cultural insight, and practical expertise to create immersive, thoughtfully crafted environments.
