Dean sanded, water popped, stained and refinished the pine floors throughout our home. He took our floors from yellow-amber to a deep, rich beautiful brown which accents the unique grain.
From our initial contact, the quoting process, the stain sampling, the two weeks of refinishing work to returning to replace pickets, Dean and Melissa were professional, dependable, honest and caring.
Dean arrived when he said he would, promptly returned calls/texts to answer my many questions and concerns, took his time to work with me to mix stains and formulas to get the exact color I wanted and worked tirelessly and patiently to make sure we got the best results. He understood how important it was to me that the floors were done right and done well. When he's working on your project, he is 100% devoted to your project. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Not to mention, Dean's as authentic and genuine as they come. He is a really nice guy who really cares.
They're busy folks but it was worth the wait! I highly recommend RHF - Dean and Melissa - without hesitation.

There exists no reason to hire anyone else. The passion and focus with which Dean places a new floor under your feet is unmatched...and you will be affected by his smile while he creates art.
An "Outstanding" five stars is an easy choice for me. Do yourself a favor and hire this guy, he will go out of his way to create the highest quality floor installation for you.
I was in the process of moving out of my house and wanted to fix it up with a new floor before I moved out. He did such a good job, I wondered why the heck I didn't do it before that.

We rate Dean Allen as excellent! We used Dean Allen to provide unbiased testing and assessment of inferior hardwood floor work completed by a previous contractor. Dean was professional and very consultative. We would certainly use Dean Allen to conduct any future hardwood floor work and would highly recommend him to others.
