- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at $120 for basic cleans First time booked cleaning receives 10% off Refer a friend and if they book you get 20% off your next cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At CBC we take pride in meeting the needs of our new and regular customers! Typical process is setting a date and time to do a walk through of your home in order to assess what your cleaning needs will entail. We will then discuss your needs and I will send your estimate through email or text. You will then have the option to accept the estimate. When you accept the estimate we can schedule a day and time to start your cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Medical Office Administration from Cape Fear Community College. 5 years of experience in cleaning vacation rentals, residential homes, and commercial buildings as well!
