We had a specific need for deep cleaning and Mia was a total expert. We were out of town and she purchased all the right HEPA filters for our allergies, made helpful suggestions via text on her next steps, provided pictures so we could see the finished project. She went above and beyond and removed light items and dropped off for donation to an animal shelter. We recommend her highly and will be using Mia regularly in the near future! Mia was accountable regarding my review. I wish her the best. The lady is nice but made half of the cleaning required. Basically vacuumed and cleaned the essentials needed in the bathroom, dusted partially, floors were left dirty. I have years of experience with cleaners. I was at the top floor, she left door unlocked behind her. Sorry, but I feel I wasted my time and money. I wish her the best, though.
