I would pick responsiveness and punctuality as well because Mr. Rush provided all 5. We had him come and do a deep clean because I was feeling overwhelmed between work and kids and house. We were so impressed with the quality of his work we asked him to become a regular at the house! Please give him a try, you will not be disappointed.

Terrel provided excellent customer service. The communication through the app and over the phone went well. I needed two TVs mounted and cleaning services for my living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Terrel was professional and prepared with all supplies and tools needed to complete the job. I will definitely be a returning a customer and have already referred him to friends in Wilmington and Charlotte.
