I have been an entrepreneur and business owner for the last decade, and have worked in business operations and administration for nearly 20 years. After my software company was acquired last year, I decided to use my expertise to help other small business owners. I primarily help business owners with: - Strategic consulting (Bringing a fresh eye to business challenges or pain points) - Day-to-day operations/admin assistance (Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Financial planning, Reporting, Customer Service operations) - Digital transformation (how can we use and implement technology to make your business run more efficiently) The best part of my job is forming relationships with the business owners I work with.
