FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reflected on our experience and what our clientele receive when booking with us. We take pride in providing every client with ample resource materials and guides before their session as well as full guidance during their shoot to capture the most magical photos. Our ultimate goal is to make our client feel stress free and have the ability to just "show up" to their session and the rest of the work be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we like to set up a phone call. We do this to create a bond with our client prior to the shoot so they already have a sense of comfortablity before their session and we get a chance to get to know eachother. After the call, we usually put down a deposit and send a pre-session guide to their email to help better prepare them for their shoot. We accept payment plans and our clients usually book at around 6 months prior to their session to make installments towards their shoot. For Boudoir, our clients receive 5 guides to their email to prepare them and give as much information as possible including a Posing guide, and full prep guide. Depending on the shoot, you will be treated to hair and makeup by our Glam Team and have full access to our client closet. We guide you throughout the entire session and afterwards is your reveal and Ordering Appointment. At your reveal and ordering appointment, you have the ability to choose your images and order our archival quality products including albums, wall art and more! (for boudoir your ordering appointment is usually same day.) For weddings and elopements we usually do a zoom reveal as it usually takes 2 days to go through since it is usually not in studio. Products usually take 3-4 weeks and are shipped straight to your home!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I think I answered this a bit in the first question. (lol) Ric and I are previous print industry models who are trained in posing clients. Kayla, is a Posing coach and second photographer who helps guide clients to get the most flattering pose as well as take photos at creative angles that best frame the client. Ric is very technical and has spent the last 4 years perfecting his craft of Retouching, lighting and photoshop editing including taking multiple courses by industry leaders. In July 2020, Ric hosted an underwater workshop in Spanish Wells, Bahamas teaching photographers the basics of underwater photography. Combined they have years of experience in front and behind the camera.
