Dave and his crew did a phenomenal job! They power washed my 2 story home and it’s never looked better. The products they use are very effective and even made my windows streak free. They even cleaned patio chairs we had moved off to the side yard. Very professional - would highly recommend!

The house looks much better. He was running behind schedule, so he started quite a bit later than we thought. Also finished and left without letting us know he was done. Would have preferred to have taken a look around while he was still there. Again, the quality of the work was good.

Dave responded quickly to our need for a power washer for our house and driveway. He kept us updated on when he would be there and even sent photos and video of his progress/work. Even after a few days our house smells clean! Great work at a great price. The veterans discount was a nice bonus.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trident Pro builds a custom estimate for each project. There are multiple components that are factored in such as square footage, material type & condition.
Each estimate is built exactly to the customer's needs and to stay on budget.
Discounts - Trident Pro is Veteran owned and offers 15% off to all Veteran customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Below is the typical process for new client engagement:
1) consultation conversation to best understand needs as well budget to be conscious of.
2) once we are in alignment an estimate is emailed that reflects what was discussed.
3) client accepts the estimate and I add to the production schedule.
4) once the service is completed before & after pictures are added to the estimate and then converted to invoice.
5) client can pay via cash/card/check
That’s it! I save any notes and prepare for your next washing 6-12 months.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal degree is from NC State, Turfgrass Management & Agronomy. Being a Golf Course Superintendent gave me the core competencies of calibrated applications, environmental stewardship and problem solving.
