What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is a percentage of income. This covers all services we provide. In addition our clients benefit from our long time relationships with service providers for repairs, we do not receive or charge a fee, we pass these savings through to owners.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is not only a requirement for licensing, it is necessary to stay on top of the law changes and nuances in the industry. Following economic trends, housing laws and other issues that directly impact real estate investing is necessary.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The business began as a need in the market. Almost 30 years ago, during a market turn, sales clients needed help minimizing their losses by gaining income on properties that could not sell. From that our service, communications and care for our clients, brought more people, both individuals and investors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Chose someone you feel you can openly discuss your plans and goals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Property management encompasses so much more than just putting a tenant in your property. The investment we make in client's properties include time, money and emotion.
