Introduction: Delmar Management is a full service property management company owned by Mary A. Delmar, Broker, Realtor. Services include: - Locating a renter for your property - Running credit, criminal and background checks. - Preparing leases and other paperwork connected with leasing - Collecting rents - Sending out Management Statements - Handle any repair calls or complaints from tenants. - Do periodic checks of property For the above services, I charge 10% of each month's rent. Other services include: - Just locating a renter for your property - Running credit, criminal and background checks - Preparing leases and other paperwork that is related to leasing For the above services, I charge 1/2 of the first month's rent. What my clients like most of all about my services is that I believe in good communication between myself and my clients and also that I manage their homes as if they were my own. My clients can always rest assured that their properties are in good hands.
