- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Considered on the lower end of the resume writing spectrum, I believe my pricing is fair and competent in terms of value. I do not overcharge, but it is a talent to develop the right resume and corresponding messaging. This is why I will always remain fair in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regarding development of a new resume or LinkedIn profile, I setup a process with steps below. As a former recruiter for 10+ years, I am comfortable in understanding resume content/format/ATS relevance from the hiring manager standpoint. First, I email you information about services and the resume writing process. You send a current copy of your resume along with the answers to my preliminary questionnaire contained in the introductory email. We will setup a mutual time to speak about your background and clarify any outstanding questions on each end. Once I receive the necessary information/payment via PayPal, I develop the resume and cover letter (the cover letter is also included in the $175 cost) and will deliver the documents to your inbox within 5 business days. Upon receiving the documents, you can email me any revisions for inclusion into the final draft. You will be working with me directly. I do a wonderful job and my testimonials can vouch for our services accordingly.

I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and belong to the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches organization.
