Came out the day before a big storm to ensure my gutters would drain. It was already windy and raining but they got the job done despite the conditions. Gutter warriors.

I was able to schedule an appointment to have the gutters cleaned within a few days. I received a text when the guys were on the way. Did a great job! Went above and beyond -- even took care of a wasp nest for me!

I was very happy except for punctuality. They were over an hour late arriving.
But the young man was so nice and he did a great job.

Details: Single-level building • Clean window screens and tracks • Sliding glass doors • 11 - 15 windows

Window Hero Wilmington's reply

Hello Patricia! We very much appreciated the opportunity to help clean your windows and are grateful for your kind words about the work that was done. Although I am must say I am bit confused by the mention of being late since we arrived within our promised arrival time frame of 10-11am. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding that the arrival window incorrectly meant we would be there at 10am exactly. We take our communication, punctuality and reliability very seriously and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Thanks again!
