Meagan was a good wedding planner. She was helpful with different things. I think the strengths in the planning process would be the timing of when things should happen, but I think something that could be improved would be the communication between her and the other vendors. I think there was some disconnect between her and my other vendors, but over all it worked out fine.Aug 23, 2016Verified
Meagan and her team are AMAZING!! I hired them to bartend at my wedding and I received numerous compliments from my guests about how great the bartenders were. Meagan was communicative and flexible during the entire planning process and her team was prompt, helpful and honestly made our entire night. I would recommend them to anyone in need of exquisite service!!Jun 19, 2017Verified
Meagan baked 150-200 cakepops for my wedding reception favors. She made two flavors of my choosing and made them in the exact style and color scheme to match my wedding décor. I even sent her ribbon and monogrammed tags that I wanted on the favors and she individually wrapped and tied the tags to the pops! She arrived early, set up the favors on a display, plus the pops tasted great! She did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend her for any party planning events!Jul 10, 2015
We had a change of venue day of the wedding 4 hours before wedding started. Megan was wonderful in putting everything together at the last minute. ThanksFeb 18, 2017Verified
Meagan did the day of coordination for my wedding and my cake! The cake was delicious and I couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. She subtly made sure everything happened on time, and quickly took care of any concerns I had that day. She even helped my mom go through the buffet line and get a plate for my grandmother (who is in a wheelchair). All at a price that was very affordable. I would recommend her to anyone.Jun 22, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We base our pricing structure around an hourly breakdown. If your needs do not fall into one of our pre-structured packages, we will happily create a customized package for you based upon your specific needs. It is our goal to prevent you from paying for a lot of additional services that you do not require for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We typically set up either a phone or in-person consultation to discuss the event in more detail. At that point we discuss the budget and how we can be of the best service to the customer. We will email them with a recap of information from the meeting and once we have been hired, will send out invoices and contracts. It's very important to us to get to know the client before we just start throwing facts and figures at them, because it's most important to us that both parties feel it will be a good fit for our working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in marketing and event planning. 2 years experience as a catering manager; 9 years of catering experience 6 years as a business owner 1 year as a restaurant manager 10 years as a freelance photographer Certified bartender Calligrapher
