First, the company can be more transparent about their business dealings. Secondly, they can hire a better caliber of service technicians. I received a call from their "technician" stating that he would be coming to my house from 9-11 on 7/19/21. He showed up to my house and did not seem to know very much about my stove model. The "technician" did his "diagnosis" then he told me that it would be $125. He next wrote an invoice indicating that I declined to have the part replaced. When I challenged him, he stated that he would order the part and return in 2-5 days to replace the part in my appliance. I paid that guy over $300 in advance by credit card, and I did not hear anything further from the "technician", so I texted him on 7/31/21 and asked when I could expect my repairs to be completed, The "technician" did not reply to my text on that date. He texted me at approximately 2 am on 8/1/21 to tell me that he would come to make the repairs on 8/2/21. When I explained to the "technician" that I could not be available on such short notice, he continuously gave me an excuse about the message board controlling appointments and seemed unwilling to accomodate my schedule.

All American Heating, Air, & More's reply
The $125 service fee was quoted before scheduling the job and again when we arrived onsite. The customer sent a text message on Saturday, 7/31. We responded to the message on Sunday, 8/1, to notify the customer that the part arrived on 7/30. We offered to schedule service on 8/2. Since the customer was not available on 8/2, we requested that the customer provide their availability. As of 8/3 when this review and our response was posted, the customer has not provided alternative times for service. We respond to all questions/inquiries within 24 hours. Have a great day from the All-American Heating, Air, & More Management Team 888-973-0242
