Introduction: We have heard many of our customers that have switched to us state that Wilmington Computer Warriors offers more reliable repairs that actually fix the root of their issues than some other service providers in our area. We have been told we are fairly priced, responsive, and explain what is wrong in a way that our clients understand us. We also provide our clients with specific utilities and instructions on how to use them so they can help keep their computers running smoothly on their own! Show me another company that encourages their clients to be more self reliant - you won't find one. I enjoy the opportunity to meet people from all different walks of life and bring something positive to their day. Most people are frustrated when they first call because they have been struggling with a slow or broken computer for some time. When they get their system back and it is working better than it did even from day one, I do get a feeling of satisfaction knowing that we were able to help.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner and lead technician for my company. I am currently attending graduate school in Computer Science and Information Systems at UNCW. I am constantly researching new ideas and trends in magazines and on the internet, and am training for my MCSE certification.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advice would be to make sure who you are working with is legitimate. All too often IT "professionals" will sell bootlegged software and offer a great discount on their services. Only later will the software stop working and cause even more problems (not to mention, it is illegal). Sometimes it is worth it to pay just a little bit more to get higher quality service. Never pay for a guarantee - if the company cannot guarantee their work, they do not have confidence in their technicians.
