Mr. Brown was excellent! His diagnostic fee was extremely reasonable, and I really like the fact that he takes that out of your total price if you hire him to do the work. I spoke with him on a Sunday via thumbtack and he was at my house by Tuesday (my day preference). I was very pleased that he was on time, and that he was so polite. He's a very well-mannered man who was very honest and upfront about the problem my dryer was experiencing. While he was at my house, he even looked at another appliance for me without hesitating. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a nice, honest man who can show up on time and get the work done- this is your man!
