Steve responded quickly to my request for someone to come out and take a look at my washing machine the next day. He communicated throughout the day to let me know when he would be arriving and arrived within the agreed upon time frame. Steve was very knowledgable, informed me of a maintenance item I should be doing and let me know what the issue was when discovered. Although it was an easy fix he also took the time to balance the machine for me as well. I would highly recommend Steve's Appliance Repair to anyone and will definitely use him again if the need arises. Thank you!

I am absolutely happy with the service that was provided to me. Communication was great and informative. Next Level Appliance installed my over the range microwave for me and in the process of doing so, explained to me what was being done. I only had an over the range hood fan so they quickly and efficiently installed an outlet for the microwave. I love how neatly it was installed and even with my children making so much noise and running around he was not distracted lol. I will be using them again in the near future.

Steve was great helping my elderly Mom with her dishwasher. The original installer didn't even try to hook it up or remove the old non-working unit. Steve was able to get it installed until I can come fix the counter to make it slide under. Very much appreciate his availability, promptness, up-front pricing and professionalism. He made me feel comfortable with someone helping her without me there. Highly recommend.
