Steve from Next Level was able to take a look at our dishwasher the same day we called, and fixed it the following day, after picking up a new motor in the morning. Steve was extremely polite and professional, worked efficiently, and charged us fairly. He even called TWICE on the subsequent days to make sure everything was working well. I will be calling Steve and Next Level for our future appliance repair needs.

Steve from Next Level Appliance was very responsive to my request, and ordered the part as soon as I gave the go ahead. The LG washer now has a new rubber boot that our new dog decided to chew up when we left him in the laundry room. Steve is certified on all the major brands and some others. He has been in this business for 20 years and actually grew up helping his father who had a repair business.
