Chem Dry is a great options for your home. We use 80% less moisture allowing the dry time to be a couple of hours as opposed to a couple of days. We have an old microfiber sofa and chair that looked awful. Chem Dry came out and cleaned them, and they look great now. The service was wonderful and we will definitely use them again!

Great customer service which we know is hard to find in today's society. The tech called to let me know he would be arriving on time to our appointment and was super friendly. Once he arrived once again he was super friendly and did a spectacular job on our carpets. Price was as expected and probably standard pricing for the industry. When calling to set up appointment the lady was super friendly, quick turn around for appointment, and an overall great experience.

Update, Just had my house done. Still a great job!!!So I just want to start by saying. I know, the before picture is awful. I had to move my elderly aunt out of her apartment because she now needs more intense assistance. She had pets and was not able to tend to them. I was so worried she would not only not get her deposit back but that they would try to get her to pay for the replacement of the carpet. I was in desperate need of finding a solution. I called Chem Dry of Winston Salem, and well the photos speak for themselves. I know it was impossible to 100% remove all the red stains that had been there for years, but it looked great. Not only did we not have to pay to have it replace the carpet but we got our security deposit back. Yay Chem Dry of Winston Salem, they are great
