- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects an increase in the price I am charged to purchase my cards. Although being able to provide cards to my students immediately after the class is a benefit that outweighs the increase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically talk briefly to the customers,introducing myself to them and give a little history about myself. I find out what they need and strive to supply it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified nursing assistant for 21 years, I have worked home health, rehabilitation, total care to hospice, all while raising three young children. I "am" what I do. I have passed medication on a cart as a Med-tech, I have cared for a epileptic. I am enthusiastic about learning because we always are, so I am forever growing.
