One stop fix all. I have equipment , experience and capabilities to do most any home improvement task and some commercial tasks. 30 plus years recwnt and 48 years total experience. Meeting people old and new is the most rewarding aspect , and second the God given ability and confidence to create and envision a new landscape where there was none, equals a joyous experience beyond explanation, with out getting to deep. I worked with my father renovating old farm houses for wealthy realtors before it was popular in late sixties. My best friend then, his father owned a back hoe business installing leach fields and septic systems pre schedule 40 days (PVC), using old bell tile. I also had many rental properties pre 2008, where most of my experience was proved. I worked for the Ohio Amish/ and German farmers back in the day where I learned log hand cut dove tailing, cabinet making and installation of casements and other millwright type work. I have jacked and shored house superstructure, and performed scarf, rabbit, joint repairs, a lost art this day. I also have period tools, and can use for authentic restorations. There is no job large or small we cant do. From cleaning the gutters, to pressure washing, water proofing the foundation, to remodeling interior rooms , and or installing custom made cabinetry, to installing a metal roof, or fix an electrical issue, or heating and A/C, with the quality and attention to detail for todays consumer demands.
