I give Fred 5 stars as he was very thorough in evaluating my problem and making sure no other electrical issues were a concern before replacing an outlet for my dryer. He was sure to explain the issue and solution in detail and was kind throughout the process. I would recommend Fred to others.Apr 24, 2015Verified
