Introduction: I am a small business owner in Winston-Salem, NC & I have performed work in several of these old historic houses as well as, many commercial/industrial buildings throughout the Westend & Downtown areas. I specialize in Roofing Repairs & Leak Detection but throughout the years I have tracked down the best at their trades, made friends and therefore I was taught the best way by the best men. I enjoy the toughest jobs. The ones most contractors walk away from, I run to. For me there is no greater achievement or feeling than owing your own business. You work long hours, you might not sleep much, it’s hard to please everybody but, at the end of the day it’s yours and that includes all the successes and failures included. I’m just trying to finish on the winning end and in the green. However, sometimes you finish in the red and for me that’s what makes a man. Myself, I will take the hit and suffer but, my customer will still be happy and I’ll make it back another day. There is a great moral victory in this. Auspicious if you will.
